Two decades of diversification and growth.

Founded in 1992 in Durham, NC, Signal started as a traditional graphic design firm working in printed media. Our entry into web design in 1995 transformed the company with an expansion into web technology with our own coding and programming staff. This in turn led us into custom application development and digital video and multimedia production. Along the way we've added copywriting services as well as comprehensive marketing services with a focus on web marketing.

Today, with studios in Raleigh and Wilmington, NC and Nashville, TN, Signal continues to evolve in strategic, intelligent ways, always embracing new challenges. We like to think of ourselves as the ideal alternative to big agencies.
